Predicted XI: Crystal Palace (A)

So here it is, Crystal Palace away, a game I genuinely dread every season no matter how good or bad our squad is, but this season I feel a bit more confident. Here we go with the eleven I think Klopp will go with.

Alisson: Can’t see our first choice being given many games off this season, I suspect he’ll have a bigger test this week, than the one he faced at home to West Ham last week.

Trent Alexander Arnold: Fitness permitting I can’t see many games where Arnold won’t start.

Van Dijk: One of the first names on our team sheet, can’t see big Virgil not starting many games this season.

Gomez: After his impressive showing last week against West Ham, I believe the second centre back position is Joe’s to lose.

Robertson: Again, I believe if Robertson is fit, he starts.

Milner: I think Milner will be needed for battle  on this occasion.

Henderson: I think us expecting a physical battle with Palace, we’ll need Jordan’s fight and leadership.

Keïta: I believe that there’ll be a permanent spine to our first eleven this season and Keita will be part of it.

Salah: Mo doesn’t like not playing, and I can’t see that happening at Selhurst Park.

Firmino: Can’t see Bobby being rested for this tough away fixture

Mané: depending on fitness and injuries I find it difficult to see us splitting up our tricky trio very often.

Maybe there’s an outside chance of Fabinho starting ahead of Milner, but can we really afford to rest our Ribena fuelled midfield dynamo?!

Come on you Reds!
